Payments & Shipping

 

• PAYMENTS

We accept all major debit/credit cards and payments via Paypal, bank deposit and cash on delivery (Greece only). If you wish to pay with your card, select either the credit/debit card or Paypal option. You don't need a Paypal account in order to use this method and pay with your card. You simply sign in with your email and enter your card's information.
All online transactions are secure and encrypted. If you select the bank deposit you will receive our bank account information once your order has been placed.
Please note that Cash On Delivery is not available for international transactions.

• SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and most orders are typically processed and shipped out within 4-7 business days after your order has been accepted. Custom made items may take additional time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

***  If Post Registered is your preferred shipping method, we will provide you with a tracking number that refers to the Hellenic Post. You can also use the same tracking number for your local post office once the package is delivered to your local facility.

- Domestic

All domestic orders will be shipped via Hellenic post office.

- International

All international orders will be shipped via either a registered standard post service method ( via Hellenic post office) or DHL.

*** Important

Please note that when exporting goods to non-EU countries duty fees and/or import taxes may be charged. The receiver is responsible for paying all potential charges due to custom inspections.

Please note that additional shipping cost (in accordance to DHL price list) may occur in case of shipment to remote areas.

In our ongoing efforts to improve our services and keep things simple & easy for you, we strive to offer low shipping & handling costs depending on your order’s weight and destination. Please see the tables below to get estimates of the shipping & handling costs.

- Greece: 6€ flat rate for all domestic orders
